Job Title: Community & Social Media Manager

The Opportunity

  • We’re searching for a passionate and strategic Community & Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
  • You will play a pivotal role in building and engaging our online communities across various platforms.
  • In this combined role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and foster a vibrant online community for Talentsquare.

Community Management:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to build and cultivate a thriving online community around Talentsquare’s brand.
  • Moderate online communities, fostering meaningful conversations and engagement among members.
  • Create content that sparks dialogue and positions Talentsquare as a thought leader in the human capital consulting industry.
  • Monitor online brand sentiment and address any concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our online community organically and through paid advertising (if applicable).
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Whatsapp etc.).
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Talentsquare’s brand message and resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize social media profiles, including posting schedules, content calendars, and visual elements.
  • Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives (if applicable).
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and optimize content.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.


  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing and/or community management
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Whatsapp, X) and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging and informative content
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
  • Experience with community management platforms a plus
  • Passion, knowledge & Someone with a strong interest for the human capital consulting or talent management industry (preferred)
