We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales and marketing team with coordinating designs, managing social media channels, and proposing new ideas for ad campaigns.
  • Laise with different departments of Tranquil & Quest LTD to develop contents that suits our brand that customers can easily relate to.
  • Put our business on the social media map by growing the company’s followers and ensuring that our accounts are always lively with valuable content.
  • Make the Company’s accounts/Website the quickest way through which our customers learn about our business, what is new and all the ways you can serve them and make their lives easier.
  • Provide support for the management of the website’s SEO, Google Analytics report analysis, and Google AdWords strategy.
  • To increase brand awareness, promote company products or services and to drive prospects to conversions.
  • Create suitable content across all platforms and monitor each content to see how it performs on each platform to help strategize for future content.
  • Content posting will be 5 days in a week on all SM platforms. Contents on Instagram and Facebook will sometimes be pictures, videos or graphics.
  • Each content to be posted must be reviewed by the Business Development team.
  • Make the company’s social media alive with the right kind of content and followers.
  • Ensure you monitor the comments on the company’s website and flag any negative comments.
  • Monitor world yearly events and ensure that suitable content that will sell the brand of the company is created and posted at the right time.
  • Target
  • The aim is that in 6 months we have at least Two thousand (2000) organic followers on Facebook and at least one thousand (1000) on Instagram. These will be organic followers who will find and follow these pages because they are genuinely interested in what we have to offer.
  • Lively website with positive comments from clients
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by your supervisor in the scope of work.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increased number of followers on Instagram and Facebook
  • Increased number of walking Patients via information on social media (develop a mechanism for tracking this)
  • Total number of times our social media content from our page is displayed.
  • Total Number of Likes received by your post.
  • Number of times a content has been shared on social media.
  • Number of comments or replies a post received.
  • Increase revenue of the company
  • Prompt and timely escalation of issues that might bring disrepute to the Company.
  • Ability to effectively use different social platforms.
  • Ability to keep abreast with world yearly events.

Requirements and Skills

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience within the healthcare sector as a digital marketer or social media manager is required
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector is required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Time-management abilities.
