We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial operations of our non-profit project.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with donors, grantors, and other financial partners.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning.
  • Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the executive team to make financial decisions.

Education and Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • Experience in a non-profit organization is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to non-finance persons.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
  • Good team player.
