Job Title: Lead, Sales

Location: Ikota – Lekki / Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective 360 sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback to team members.
  • Set clear sales goals and monitor team performance against objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with procurement and production teams.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

Collaboration:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Run ads on all social media platforms to generate sales and build company branding.
  • Coordinate with the creative/design department to understand product features and unique selling points.

Skills and Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft suits.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, Digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance evaluation.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and customer preferences.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
