Key Responsibilities
- Sales Staff Recruitment: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for sourcing, screening, and selecting sales staff to meet organizational goals.
- Create and execute training programs for new hires to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Use legal knowledge to maintain compliance with employment regulations and company policies
- Support the Sales and Operations team by ensuring efficient processes are in place to achieve business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is required.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet objectives.
