Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing construction projects from conception to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive project plans that merge technical, financial and client requirement.
- Oversee site operations and manage construction teams.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Fostering strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Driving innovation in sustainable construction practices.
Qualifications & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Professional certification PMP, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
