Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and visionary educator to serve as our School Administrator.
  • The successful candidate will have a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of fostering excellence.


  • Develop and implement academic programs.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
  • Oversee school start-up activities.
  • Model and promote the school’s vision and values.
  • Translate vision into actionable plans and policies.
  • Recruit, train, and support staff.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Oversee curriculum development.
  • Ensure student welfare and a positive school culture.
  • Engage with the local community and build partnerships.


  • Master’s degree in an education-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in school leadership.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate visions into plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to education and student development.
