We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead / Unit Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Assessment of risk presented by clients and finding the best deal for their insurance cover,
  • Helping clients articulate their current and future insurance needs
  • Arranging insurance cover for clients
  • Explaining policy terms to clients
  • Provide general insurance advise and customer service
  • Preparation of monthly business reports using MS Office applications.
  • Build strategic relationships and contribute to the overall expansion of the company”s market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Proven experience in insurance or Financial institution is an added advantage
  • Must be very persuasive
  • Very confident and eloquent.
