Job Title: Team Lead / Unit Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Assessment of risk presented by clients and finding the best deal for their insurance cover,
- Helping clients articulate their current and future insurance needs
- Arranging insurance cover for clients
- Explaining policy terms to clients
- Provide general insurance advise and customer service
- Preparation of monthly business reports using MS Office applications.
- Build strategic relationships and contribute to the overall expansion of the company”s market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Proven experience in insurance or Financial institution is an added advantage
- Must be very persuasive
- Very confident and eloquent.
